Job Purpose

May perform assignments including: filing, compiling records, photocopying, scanning, digital archiving, document retrieval, data entry, conference call set-up, and preparation of materials for audio conference.

Essential Functions

May work for one or more individuals in support of contracts/purchasing department.

Preferences

Requires High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of related experience.
