Contracts Clerk

Job Purpose

The Corporate Contracts Department is seeking administrative support that is clerical in nature. May perform assignments including: filing, compiling records, photocopying, scanning, digital archiving, document retrieval, data entry, conference call set-up, and preparation of materials for audio conference. May work for one or more individuals in support of contracts/purchasing department. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of related experience.

Essential Functions

* Reliable, work under minimal supervision * Detailed-oriented and good organization skills * Willingness to learn and take initiative * Semi-proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferences

* Working knowledge in Government Defense Industry * Some knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
